Andrea Lucado

Andrea has been writing and editing professionally for over a decade. She specializes in substantive editing for nonfiction manuscripts, proposal writing and development, and writing for derivative products. She is the author of English Lessons: The Crooked Path of Growing Toward Faith and has been published in The Washington Post, USA Today, and Fathom magazine.

Andrea received a bachelor’s degree in English from Abilene Christian University and a master’s in English from Oxford Brookes University. Before going freelance full time in 2014, she worked in-house at Thomas Nelson in editorial and publicity roles. She is passionate about storytelling and crafting and making every book’s message as clear as possible for the ultimate reading experience.
